Austin
Our second home. Riverboat darties on Lake Austin, rooftop venues and a black-tie formal, most of it within walking distance of your hotel.
San Antonio
The River Walk sets the scene. We bring San Antonio's Spanish heritage into every event, with local talent and cuisine, plus rooftop parties and a formal to remember.
New Orleans
Our team's favorite. Incredible food, paddle boats on the Mississippi, festivals nearly every weekend and a black-tie formal on a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street. Never a dull moment.
Nashville
The bright lights of Broadway, plus plenty for the whole group: 18-and-up venues, arcade bars, dance clubs and 132-acre Centennial Park, capped by a black-tie formal.

Questions we hear a lot
How much does it cost?
Every event is custom, so pricing depends on your group size, date, and what you need. Tell us your budget and we'll show you what's possible, with a clear quote before you commit to anything. If we're not the right fit, we'll point you in the right direction.
How does payment work?
We accept all forms of payment, including check, ACH, wire transfer, credit card, and Zelle. Some venues and hotels require a small deposit to lock in your date, and we follow each property's requirements. Payment in full is due before the event date.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For travel weekends and large events, 6 to 12 months gives you the best options for venues and hotels. For parties and corporate events, a few weeks is often plenty. Either way, reach out early and we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you help with risk management and university event policies?
Yes. We only work with licensed and insured partners, and Event Experts carries its own umbrella insurance policy. We work directly with every chapter to make sure everything needed to stay compliant is in place.
How do you keep everyone safe?
Safety comes first. We work with licensed and insured partners and secure venues, and our team provides 24/7 support during your event to handle any issue quickly.
What if we need to change our plans or cancel?
Plans change, and we'll always work with you to adjust where we can. Cancellation terms are spelled out in your agreement.
