When the Trapp family came in from the Midwest for a four-day reunion, we planned every piece of it.
- Thursday: group photos atop Reunion Tower with our photographer, then a night out at Choctaw
- Friday: the Fort Worth Stockyards cattle drive, a private Billy Bob's tour, and a Ferris Wheelers BBQ feast delivered to the house
- Saturday: pool party with a seasonal fruit board and a Texas cookout
- Sunday: family cookout with a deluxe charcuterie board
Tours, tickets, photography, catering and deliveries, all handled.
Connie's 80th Birthday
An at-home celebration for 100+ guests in Dallas, with valet parking, a live pianist, a custom balloon and floral photo wall, a five-foot charcuterie board, passed appetizers and a signature cocktail bar.

Her daughter wanted Connie's 80th to feel special without anyone lifting a finger. We turned their Dallas home into a party for more than 100 guests.
- The welcome: valet parking and a door host greeting every guest
- The setting: a 30-foot balloon and floral photo area with two custom-printed backdrops, plus a live pianist all afternoon
- The food: a five-foot charcuterie board and five passed appetizers, from prosciutto-wrapped melon to vegan stuffed mushrooms

Questions we hear a lot
How much does it cost?
Every event is custom, so pricing depends on your group size, date, and what you need. Tell us your budget and we'll show you what's possible, with a clear quote before you commit to anything. If we're not the right fit, we'll point you in the right direction.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We invoice companies directly.
Do you provide licensed bartenders and handle alcohol service?
Yes. All of our bartenders are TABC certified. When your event calls for it, alcohol is provided through a licensed partner, either your venue or our catering partner, so you still get 100% turnkey bar service.
Can you host at our office or a venue we already booked?
Yes. We love working in offices and warehouses, and we're happy to work with any venue you've already booked.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For travel weekends and large events, 6 to 12 months gives you the best options for venues and hotels. For parties and corporate events, a few weeks is often plenty. Either way, reach out early and we'll tell you what's possible.
Can you customize the event to our group?
Absolutely. Your input shapes everything, from special requests and unique ideas to your group's traditions. We start with a conversation about your vision and build the event around it.
